That's right, ladies and gentlemen, I'm holding a colouring contest!

INTRODUCTION
I like to see people's interpretations of my line art and characters and I'd really love to see people colour one of my latest posted artworks.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please send me a NOTE if you are interested in entering, and I will send you a high resolution, clean version of the picture.
2. Once you receive the image, COLOUR TO YOUR HEARTS CONTENT! Rules are posted below.
3. when your submission is complete, please upload to DA and send another NOTE to me with a link.
4. I will post your submission in this journal for all to view once all submissions are received.


DO's and DON'T's
You may colour this however you wish. She could be dark skinned, pale, or even blue, it doesn't matter, it's all up to you.
You may alter the line art within reason. The picture can't suddenly be of a monkey on a giraffe. If you are uncertain about something, please ask me.
you may upload this art on DeviantART but you MUST credit me for the line art.
you may NOT sell this artwork for profit.
you may use any medium you wish. Traditional or digital, it doesn't matter.

_{This winner will be chosen by myself, ~Kendo-chan. The decision will be based on not only skill, but colour scheme and originality as well. Don't be discouraged if you "aren't good" at colouring, I want everyone to just try their best to come up with something nice! ^^}

Viewer's Choice
_{This winner will be chosen by other deviants. I will post all completed entries at the end of this journal after the deadline for everyone to see. When voting, please leave a comment in the journal stating ONE favourite. Each deviant only gets ONE vote.}
There are two winners in this category.
First place will receive one, cell-shaded, non-chibi headshot of a character of their choice.
Second place will receive one, cell-shaded, full body chibi of a character of their choice.


DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS FRIDAY, JULY 31st
I will be accepting entries on, SAT, JULY 11TH
Voting will begin on SAT, AUGUST 1st and will end on SAT, AUGUST 8TH.
Winners will be announced on MON, AUGUST 10th.
Prizes will be handed out upon completion.
